David Frost Wedding

Jason and I drove down for D. Frost wedding. We went to the sealing and reception that evening. We got to see lots of Jason's friends. It was a very fast trip but we had a great time!! We look forward to going back in about 2 weeks to spend time with Jason's family. my husband is by far the shortest of all his friends!
I love the background. It was a nice place for the reception minus the rain storms.
Dave's wife looked very pretty!

Las Vegas, Nevada

This is what happens to people who drink coke :) jk. i have a feature on my camera where is someone isn't smiling you can choose a degree of smile to put on their face. The small degrees are a slight and normally looking change. The higher the degree the more deformed it turns the photo. We sat in the Coca Cola store getting a huge kick out of everyones cheesy smiles.
.

My family met Jason, my Grandma Maze and I down in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. My parents wanted to take my grandma to see Phantom of the Opera. Its a great show that they have in the past taken my sister, Jason and I to see. So while my grandma and my parents went to the show all the "kids" hung out at the pool and on the strip. We walked a while and then when we needed a break we stopped in the Coca Cola store so everyone except me could drink a coke.

CF Walk

Every year in May we do a walk for Portia to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. I made a new goal for myself this year to raise $200.00. Last year I raised $100.00 so i thought id try to double it this year. I made it! I was so excited. Its so hard to raise money. But thanks to my friends and family for supporting me and helping to donate so we can find a cure for Portia :)

Our Two Year Anniversary

Today Jason and I have been married two years. Time flies soo fast! Jason bought me a bouquet from Edible Arrangements. So much better when you can eat your flowers :) I got a great idea for Jason's gift from my dad. I bought him a round of golf. (Something fun to do during his day off from school). Heres to many more years to come. I LOVE YOU JASON!!

Will they ever stop destroying stuff...

When Jason and I go anywhere we always put the dogs outside and block the dog door so they cant come in. They used to destroy things outside but now that the outside is completely dog proofed they have learned in the past week how to break in to the house. The first time they did it I thought someone broke into our house. I asked Jason to check the rooms lol But no, the dogs actually figured out how to move the dog door out of the fasteners. We have tried putting a chair in front of the dog door, didn't work. We even tried putting Jason's exercise bike. Nothing! Now after running to the store and being gone only 30 minutes, they chewed up half of the dog door. I have no idea how we are going to stop them. Any ideas??
They only look like they feel a little bad... lol
It was a whole door!
Our 2nd attempt
1st attempt...

Fisher and Kobe had a friend over

After watching the Lakers beat the Jazz, :) Drea and her dog came over. Dreas dog is named Hurley. All three dogs get along well and Hurley even gets to come stay with us for a couple days while Drea goes to Vegas. Three dogs=extra trouble. Cant wait to see what kind of trouble these three get into.

Our first FREE tree!!

Riverside county sent out emails stating that on the back of the utilities bill was a coupon for a free tree. Jason and I were very excited so this morning we went down to see what kind of tree we could get. We decided on an orange tree :) I hope that it lives and we don't kill it!

Play date with the Moran kids

On Thursday this week we took our dogs to play at the park up in Victoria Grove. The Moran kids came up to join us. The dogs got a great workout and the kids had lots of fun.

10 dollars of fun

Jason and I bought a small kids pool for $10.00 at Walmart on Saturday. We were so excited to fill it up and see if the dogs would play in it. We were pretty sure Kobe would because he gets in the bath tub everyday I get out of the shower. He just loves the water! Anyways, It turned out to be lots of fun. Kobe got it right away and I slowly convinced Fisher to get in by getting in myself lol Yesterday night when we got home the pool was toast! We were just sure that they would play like saturday and it would help kill some of the time we were gone. But we were wrong. There was no sign of pool only blue plastic everywhere... guess the next pool will have to have supervised play time.

Couch Destroyers

A few weeks ago it started raining. Jason asked me to leave the dogs inside while we were gone to school and work. I agreed and felt bad putting them out in the rain but then there was part of me thinking, NO they will destroy something! Sure enough we got home 8 hours later and found the couch chewed up. I was pretty upset with myself thinking I should have just listened to my instinct, that I knew better than to trust them. I told Jason we needed to get rid of the couch on the weekend. A few days later Jason had no class and he repaired the couch. He did an AMAZING job!! It's hardly even noticeable and if you didn't know about it you probably would never know. I love him for trying so hard!

The Fight

Fisher and Kobe were playing in the house the other day while i was at work. Jason was here with them studying in the office. Jason said he heard Fisher crying and he ran into the living room. Fisher was shaking and trembling. Poor baby lost part of his nose!!

Jason's Parents made a visit down to Cali

Jason had spring break a couple weeks ago and his parents came down and hung out with us. While they were here Jason and his dad took on a big project. They worked on eliminating dirt from the place our dogs go to the bathroom. They decided to make a pattern out of brick and fill the open holes with grass. We had to put chicken wire over their work for now because Kobe likes to take the grass off. Maybe when the grass takes root we will be able to let them try it without chicken wire again. One of the fun things we did while they were down was we went to the dog beach. The dogs had a great time and we are always glad to tire them out so they don't bug us to death in the evenings. It was lots of fun to have them come visit. We look forward to seeing them again this summer and hopefully will get to stay in their new home. :)
